HTML to PDF with PHP and Selenium

Not currently possible

php-webdriver does not implement the WebDriver print-to-PDF endpoint, so there is no built-in way to save a page as a PDF.

If you need PDFs from PHP, use chrome-php instead — it drives Chrome's built-in PDF printer.
